- Tapioca1 tablespoon
- Quinoa flakes1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl use a fork and beat the egg with the salt
- Add the quinoa and blend until smooth.
- Add tapioca and blend until smooth.
- Heat a frying pan greased with olive oil or butter and spread the mixture so that it is evenly distributed and leave for 1 minute.
- Turn the paqueca and leave another minute. If you want to fill the moment, this is it.
- Stuffing suggestions: Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, fried garlic and oregano Mozzarella, shredded chicken and corn
- Note: when mixing the dough, you can add grated cheese or sesame
