  • tapioca5 tablespoon
  • pinch of salt to taste
  • chickpeas al dente150 g
  • onion to taste
  • garlic to taste
  • cheese to taste
  • chopped tomato to taste
  1. Mix the egg and tapioca into the dough.
  2. Place the crushed bizo beans in a pan and season with onion, garlic, tomato and seasonings to taste.
  3. Pour the dough on top and add cheese if you like.
  4. Bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes
