- Chopped Olives to taste
- Corn to taste
- Pea to taste
- Chopped green pepper to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Cottage cheese to taste
- Chopped tomato to taste
- grated carrot to taste
- Oregano for sprinkling to taste
- Start by preparing the filling. Mix all the ingredients. Season with olive oil, a seasoning of your choice, I used Edu Guedes, dehydrated parsley and curd to bind it together. Taste the salt.
- Prepare the dough. Start by putting milk, egg, oil, olive oil first, then the wheat flour, grated cheese, corn starch, salt and beat well. Finally add the yeast and beat lightly.
- Grease a baking sheet, sprinkle wheat flour and place part of the dough. Then add the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and oregano to taste.
- Bake at 200°, when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, it's ready. The time varies from oven to oven.
