- In a plastic bowl, place 3 egg yolks, wheat flour, 3 tablespoons of margarine and salt to taste, stir until a wet dough forms and set aside.
- For the stuffing, put the Tuscany to boil for 5 minutes, after it cools, remove the skin and shred it.
- In another pan, place the shredded Tuscany and the chopped seasonings (tomato, onion and cilantro) in addition to the seasoning and put it to sauté for 10 minutes.
- Place half of the open dough on a baking sheet, covering the entire baking sheet.
- Add the stuffed Tuscany and with the rest of the dough, open and cover the stuffing
- In a plastic pot, place an egg yolk and a spoon of margarine, stir until dissolved and spread over the covered dough. After putting the catupiry, take it to the oven and 160 degrees until it bakes and lasts.
