- Broccoli1/2 unit(s)
- Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
- Cauliflower1/2 unit(s)
- Olive40 g
- Salt to taste
- Yeast1/2 coffee spoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 teaspoon
- Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Grate the carrot and zucchini.
- With a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sauté the vegetables in a frying pan. Season to taste.
- Then beat the eggs well and mix with the oatmeal. Shake well. Don't forget to put a pinch of salt in the dough.
- Throw in the vegetables and olives and mix.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes. Remember to check the power of your oven.
