- Zucchini0.5 unit(s)
- Carrot0.5 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomato0.5 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese30 g
- Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
- Corn Flake Flour4 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- Milk1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Cut the zucchini and carrot into cubes and cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Run the water and book.
- Grease a mold with a little olive oil and place the vegetables, chopped tomatoes and mozzarella.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the corn flour, milk, yeast. Season with salt and pepper.
- Throw over the vegetables and sprinkle grated parmesan.
- Take it to the heated oven at 210° for about 30 minutes or until golden!
- Tip: use leftovers of braised vegetables you have in the fridge!!!
