natural yogurt170 g
eggs2 unit(s)
salt and pepper0 to taste
cheese for gratin0 to taste

Sauté the onion, grated carrot and stalks together with the oil, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. When they are very soft, set aside.
Beat the eggs until they double in size and mix in the yogurt, sauteed vegetables, salt and pepper.
Bake in a roasting pan greased with olive oil and cornmeal, at medium temperature until the dough is firm and the top layer is golden.
