- Whole wheat flour400 g
- Warm water250 ml
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Flaxseed to taste
- Sunflower seed to taste
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Sugar1 dessert spoon
- In a bowl/basin, dissolve the yeast in the water and add the other ingredients (wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt and sugar), mix and knead everything for 2 minutes or until you get a consistent dough that doesn't stick to your hand.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Tip: If you place the bowl in the sun, the dough will rise faster.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and knead again on a greased surface. Knead for 2-3 minutes.
- Shape the dough and bake on a greased baking sheet or on a wire rack for approximately 20 minutes at 180°.
