- Unsalted butter100 g
- Cold water1 tablespoon
- Egg (for the dough)1 unit(s)
- Egg (for the filling)3 unit(s)
- Fresh cream250 ml
- Freshly Grated Parmesan50 g
- Goat cheese80 g
- Diced Italian Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Dough: in a bowl put the flour and cold butter in cubes. Love the cubes with your fingertips until you form a wet farofa. Add the egg, salt and water and knead everything into a smooth dough.
- open the dough with a roll. Tip: put film paper over and under the dough, so it doesn't stick to the roll or the countertop.
- put the dough in shape, adjust with your hands. Pierce the dough with a fork and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
- preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dough alone for 10 minutes.
- for the filling, mix the parmesan, eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Reserve.
- place the zucchini in cubes inside the pre-roasted dough. Put the goat cheese in large pieces on top.
- cover everything with the mixed cream and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
