- Organic Yeast10 g
- Olive oil30 ml
- Water140 ml
- Zucchini in Strips1/2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella100 g
- Catupiry50 g
- In a bowl or mixer put the wheat flour, salt, biological yeast and olive oil, gradually add the water.
- Beat in the mixer or beat the dough until it is at the veil point. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- After the dough has risen, put it in a shape and make several holes in it. In these holes, place the zucchinis in strips, I rolled them up before placing, the mozzarella cheese I cut into strips and rolled up before placing. Place the catupiry in the holes and finally a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
