- Season the chicken fillet with salt (to taste), minced garlic and leave for at least 20 minutes to get seasoning.
- In a pan, skillet or air fryer, fry the frozen potato until crispy
- In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and fry the eggs according to your preference.
- In another pan or skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and fry the chicken fillet to your preference.
- Wash the lettuce and tomatoes, cut them and season to taste
- To accompany, we suggest: white rice and black beans
