- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Ketchup to taste
- Mustard to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Champion to taste
- In a large skillet, melt the butter and oil and brown the chicken, little by little, over high heat.
- Remove the meat and add the remaining butter.
- Fry the onion, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the mushrooms, cover the skillet and leave for a few minutes.
- Add mustard and ketchup, mix well. Lower the heat, leave for about 5 minutes, with the skillet covered.
- Gently fold in the cream and remove from heat before boiling.
- Serve with white rice.
