- Season the chicken to taste. Note, add 1 tablespoon of grated ginger to your seasoning, to give the chicken a special touch.
- Leave to marinate in the seasoning for approximately 30 minutes at least.
- Coarsely cut the potatoes
- Season the potatoes with salt, oil and oregano to taste.
- Add the chicken and potatoes to a roasting pan.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes with the oven at 200°
- After the 30 minutes, remove the foil cover and leave the chicken and potatoes for approximately another 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately with white rice and a watercress salad.
