- Minced chicken breast1 kg
- Minced garlic and onion1 to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Sazon, Black Pepper, and Oregano1 to taste
- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- I started by cutting the chicken breast into very small cubes. And seasoned it with salt, black pepper and oregano. Mix well and set aside
- Now in a pan put the oil, the chopped garlic and the onion and let it fry.
- Once the onion is fried, add the chicken and mix well. And leave on the fire the chicken will jump water and cook in the water itself.
- When it starts to stick to the bottom, add 2 tablespoons of water and mix to release the color from the bottom of the pan and make the chicken brown.
- Then I added the chopped parsley and turned off the heat, stir well and then just serve.
