- Wing Coxinha500 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chicken Sazon to taste
- Sugar1/2 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Wash the coxinha well and season with salt, pepper, seasoning and lemon.
- In a pan heat the oil and put the sugar, when the sugar is almost burning add the drumstick.
- Slowly dripping water to cook, stir from time to time so it doesn't stick and burn.
- When it's cooked and very brown, it's ready!
