Chicken thigh (cut in bird)

Em um recipiente adicione as sobrecoxas 
Tempere com os temperos de sua preferência e adicione sal a gosto misture bem

Jogue o ovo junto misture bem e vá adicionando a farinha de trigo e misturando cuidado pra não colocar muita farinha

Em uma frigideira ou panela coloque óleo aqueça e adicione as sobrecoxas e vá fritando

Quando tiver bem douradas tire do fogo e eecorra em papel toalha e está pronto...
