- Cassava flour or breadcrumbs500 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Seasonings (garlic, salt, black pepper) to taste
- Oil500 ml
- In a refractory, season the chicken fillets with your favorite seasonings.
- With a whisk, beat the eggs and place in a bowl. Also put the flour in a bowl
- Dip the chicken fillet in the egg and then in the flour.
- Put enough oil in a pan for deep frying.
- After the oil is very hot, place the fillets to fry, watching to turn and also not to burn.
- After fried, remove and place in a refractory covered with paper towel so that excess fat can drain.
- Ready... then just serve with sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, lemon.
