- Pierce the fillets with the knife to enter the seasoning.
- Season with pepper, garlic and vinegar to taste.
- Leave it in the seasoning for 2 minutes to get tastier
- Pour the eggs in one dish and the breadcrumbs in another.
- Dip the fillets first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
- After all that is done, just fry.
