- Minced garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Beaten egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs200 g
- In one, mix all the ingredients in the chicken, except the egg and breadcrumbs. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Then add the beaten egg, mix well and coat in breadcrumbs. After all well breaded, fry in very hot oil (an amount of oil, that leaves the fillets floating). Add it gradually, let it brown well on one side, then turn it over. Do not keep stirring so as not to loosen the flour and do not put it in lukewarm oil, otherwise it will become soggy.
