- Chicken breast500 g
- Wheat flour100 g
- Corn flour100 g
- Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste
- Water1 cup
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Mix the flours and add 1 pinch of salt. Put the water in a bowl.
- Dip the chicken strips in the well-breaded flour mixture. Then dip one strip at a time into the bowl of water. Let it drain well and take it to fry in hot oil. Don't worry, the oil won't splash. Let it fry until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
