- Curry1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Wheat flour for dusting to taste
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs for dusting to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Clean the thighs well and remove the skin.
- Season with garlic, salt, lemon pepper, curry and soy sauce and set aside for 1 hour.
- Take the thighs to braise. If they are large, they will need more time to cook inside.
- Let cool.
- Start the breading by first passing through the wheat flour, beaten egg with a pinch of salt and breadcrumbs.
- I like to add a little oregano to the breadcrumbs. It gives it all a special flavor.
- After breading, leave about 20 minutes in the freezer to firm the breading.
- Light to fry in hot oil.
