- Mozzarella200 g
- Cream cheese250 g
- Cook the chicken fillets in a pan, with only water and salt, in another pan put the bunch of cabbage and broccoli to cook, being careful not to let the vegetables go overcooked, otherwise they will be soft to the point of dissolving. After all the items are properly cooked, take a pan that gives the size for both, put the olive oil, fry the onion and garlic until golden and put it back on the fire, all together (chicken and vegetables).
- Add the two cans of cream and the seasonings, take the glass with the cold milk and put a generous spoon of cornstarch, dissolving so that there are no lumps. Pour the glass of milk over the pan and mix until the broth thickens. After the broth is well seasoned and thick, add the chives and parsley finely chopped.
- Remove from the pan and place in a marinex-type glass refractory, or in a stainless steel mold.
- After the mixture is placed in the refractory, throw the grated cheese on top and the catupiry. Bake in the oven until the cheese is completely melted, remove and enjoy.
