- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- Turmeric (Turmeric) to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Chipotle Pepper Sauce1 teaspoon
- Habanero Pepper Sauce1 teaspoon
- White wine vinegar1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
- PREPARATION METHOD - SAUCE Combine the butter, ketchup, brown, chipotle, habanero, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a pot and mix until smooth.
- PREPARATION METHOD - CHICKEN Season the wings with garlic, saffron, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper and leave in the fridge for 2 hours to get the seasoning. In a preheated oven, place the wings in the shape and brush with oil, bake until golden at 250 degrees. Remember to put the skin up!
- After roasting the wings, brush with the hot sauce and serve.
- TIP Because it's spicy, it's nice to serve it with roasted manioc and fresh chives, as in the photo.
