- Coarsely torn iceberg lettuce leaf4 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/4 cup
- Natural unsweetened yogurt100 g
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Squeezed lemon1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Croutons to taste
- Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Season the chicken with the lemon, paprika, pepper, garlic and salt. Book for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the yogurt with salt, olive oil and ground pepper.
- On a plate, arrange the lettuce, drizzle with the yogurt sauce, top with the Parmesan and croutons.
- In a non-stick skillet heated with olive oil, grill chicken breast and serve on top of the salad.
