- Yellow bell pepper1/2 cup
- Red Bell Pepper1/2 cup
- Peanut2 tablespoon
- Shoyu100 ml
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- White rice1 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Season the diced chicken with salt and black pepper and sauté in the pan
- Remove the chicken and set aside in the same pan, add the peppers cut into cubes, and the onion, let it cook well.
- Return with chicken and adjust seasonings.
- In a bowl mix the soy sauce and cornstarch half a cup of water pour this mixture into the chicken with vegetables and wait for it to reduce
- Prepare the white rice and serve with the chicken and finish with peanuts
