- Yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
- Peanut2 tablespoon
- Shoyu100 ml
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- White rice2 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Season the diced chicken with salt and black pepper and Sauté in the pan
- Remove the chicken and set aside, in the same pan add the peppers cut into cubes, and the onion, let it cook well
- Return with the chicken and adjust the seasonings.
- In a bowl mix the soy sauce, cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water pour this mixture into the chicken with the vegetables and wait for it to reduce
- Prepare the white rice and serve the chicken with rice and finish with shelled roasted peanuts
