- Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
- Cut the chicken into cubes and season with black pepper, garlic and a little salt.
- Heat the oil, add the seasoned chicken and let all the water dry and start frying.
- After golden, add the onion, wait to soften and already put the peppers.
- Mix the cornstarch with the soy sauce, drizzle all over the chicken with the softened vegetables.
- Wait for it to boil, add the cilantro and after 10 minutes of cooking, turn off the heat.
- Note: always stirring so it doesn't stick to the pan, as the sauce is very consistent.
- Serve it hot!
