- Salt1 tablespoon
- soy sauce1 cup
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Season the breast with garlic and salt and cut into small cubes.
- Cut the peppers, onions and carrots into strips or squares.
- Sauté the chicken when it's golden, throw the rest of the ingredients with the shoyu and wait for it to get color.
- Add the cornstarch diluted in half a glass of water and mix to give a slight thickening.
- Serve with white rice
