- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Onion in petals1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic clove2 unit(s)
- Diced skinless chicken fillet500 g
- Salt to taste
- Green bell pepper in petals1 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
- Yellow Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
- Soy Sauce60 ml
- Cornstarch1 tablespoon
- Water120 ml
- unsalted peanuts2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- White Roasted Sesame to taste
- CHICKEN: 1- In a pan, put half the oil, the onion, the garlic and sauté 2- Book 3- In the same pan, put the rest of the oil, the peppers, the salt and saute for 5 minutes 4- Add the chicken and sauté until golden 5- Mix all the ingredients and sauté for 2 minutes
- SAUCE: 1- Mix the soy sauce, water, cornstarch and sugar 2- Stir until the cornstarch dissolves
- FINALIZATION: 1- Add the sauce to the chicken 2- Stir until it thickens 3- Add peanuts 4- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to decorate 5- Serve with rice, or whatever side dish you like :)
