- Orange Juice2 cup
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Defrost the oats according to package directions.
- Preferably the day before, place the bird in a refractory, remove the bag of giblets from inside the bird and season with the orange juice, all the herbs, the onion cut into petals, the squeezed garlic and the ginger powder. Pass the seasoning all over the chester, including inside. Leave it marinating until the next day.
- Preheat the oven to 230°.
- Spread margarine all over the bird, cover with aluminum foil and bake for the time indicated on the package.
- Water the bird every 30 minutes.
- In the end, remove the foil and let it bake for about 30 minutes or until it's golden. Always water with the liquid in the form so that it becomes juicy.
- Tip: add potatoes to the mold at the end of baking time!!!
