- Leftover roasted and shredded chester300 g
- Cottage cheese100 g
- Boiled corn1 cup
- Whole milk1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped parsley and chives to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Tomato sauce1/4 cup
- Oil1 dessert spoon
- In a blender beat the milk with the corn, the cottage cheese and the sauce until you get a homogeneous cream. Reserve.
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the chester, the blender cream, salt and pepper and mix.
- When it starts to boil turn off, add the green seasoning and mix.
- Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC for about 10 minutes until the cheese is browned.
