- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped sage2 tablespoon
- Thyme2 tablespoon
- Crushed Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Aluminum foil to taste
- Defrost the Ave Chester according to package instructions and remove the giblets.
- In a container, have 2 tablespoons of rosemary, sage, thyme and 2 cloves of garlic. Leave to marinate overnight
- Next day, bake in a medium oven (220ºC), preheated, for about 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and leave in the oven for another 30 minutes, approximately, to brown.
- Lower the heat to 180 degrees and brush again with the herbal oil. Roast for another 1 hour until the skin is nicely browned and the internal core temperature reaches 70 degrees.
- Serve and enjoy this wonder!
