- Shredded Chicken400 g
- Peeled Tomato (can)1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Sweet Potato2 unit(s)
- English Potato2 unit(s)
- Light Mozzarella to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Cook the potatoes until soft, peel and mash.
- Put the mashed potatoes in the pan, add salt, nutmeg, milk and butter, cook over low heat. If you want, pass the mixer to make the puree smooth.
- In another pan, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the shredded chicken and tomato paste.
- Season with salt, pepper and fresh thyme.
- Add the peeled tomato and the same measure of the water can. Let it cook for 20 minutes until the sauce reduces.
- In a serving dish, place the chicken sauce. Add the light Mozzarella and top with the puree.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, until bubbly. serve.
