- Cassava puree500 g
- Chicken broth200 ml
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Chopped coriander to taste
- Season the chicken with salt and lemon, set aside.
- In palm oil, sauté the peppers, onion, girl's finger pepper and garlic.
- Then add the tomato and finally the chicken and sauté well.
- Add the manioc puree, chicken broth and coconut milk.
- Adjust salt if necessary and add cilantro.
- Let it cook for 20 minutes and serve with rice.
