- Chicken breast steak8 unit(s)
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Crushed garlic1 dessert spoon
- Pinch of cumin1 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Mozzarella slices8 unit(s)
- Ready-made tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Ham slices8 unit(s)
- White Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Oil for frying1 cup
- Season the chicken steaks with salt, paprika, oregano, garlic, cumin, vinegar.
- In a pan put the oil to heat.
- Put the breadcrumbs on the plate and pass the chicken steaks.
- Fry the steaks turning sides, (be careful not to burn).
- Place the steaks on a platter, chop the ham into large slices, place on top of the steaks, tomato sauce on top and finally the slices of cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
