- Water01 cup
- Put the cooked chicken in the food processor
- Fry the garlic, paprika, black pepper, add the processed meat, the water cook for 5 minutes, add the rest of the seasonings and the breadcrumbs, mix well, finally 1 whole egg, mix quickly, remove from the heat and wait cool down.
- On a plate pour a raw egg. Mold uniform balls, pass them in the egg and breadcrumbs, take the opportunity to mold them right at this point.
- Fry in hot oil on both sides, be careful not to burn, fry quickly.
- It's great for an aperitif.
