- Knorr Chicken Broth1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk1 l
- Color to taste
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Corn1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Full seasoning4 tablespoon
- Dry seasonings to taste
- Start with the chicken, cut the onion into 4 parts, take a high pan and put the chicken breast inside, add water to cover, add the onion, complete seasoning, dry seasonings, Knorr broth, coloral and salt to taste. Let it cook.
- When the chicken is ready, turn off the heat and wait for it to cool, then take the chicken out of the pan (do not discard the water), shred and set aside.
- Pour the chicken broth into the blender and blend until needed.
- Then, take a medium pan and put the margarine, garlic and onion to sauté, add the beaten broth and milk OBS: before putting the milk, dissolve the flour in a glass with milk and pour.
- Stir until thickened.
- When it thickens, add the shredded chicken and corn, stir a little more, then add the cream and turn off the heat.
- Serve with white rice and potatoes chips!
