  • Chicken breast1 kg
  • Milk1 l
  • Corn starch1 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Tomato Extract1 cup
  • Olive100 g
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 cup
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  1. Season the chicken breast with garlic and salt
  2. Saute with onion and let it brown.
  3. Add tomato paste and water until covered.
  4. When ready, about 30 minutes. Wait for it to cool and shred.
  5. Once shredded, place in a pan with the olives, corn, add the milk and the starch diluted in 1 cup of water.
  6. Stir so it doesn't clump. Once it looks thick, add the cream and stir.
