- Chicken breast1 kg
- Milk1 l
- Corn starch1 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Tomato Extract1 cup
- Olive100 g
- Corn1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Season the chicken breast with garlic and salt
- Saute with onion and let it brown.
- Add tomato paste and water until covered.
- When ready, about 30 minutes. Wait for it to cool and shred.
- Once shredded, place in a pan with the olives, corn, add the milk and the starch diluted in 1 cup of water.
- Stir so it doesn't clump. Once it looks thick, add the cream and stir.
