- Balsamic Vinegar50 ml
- Shoyu50 ml
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Raw whole egg1 unit(s)
- Boiled Eggs4 unit(s)
- Oil in thread to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken thighs: Prepare a paste like butter, vinegar, olive oil, sage leaves and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Spread generously all over the chicken and let it rest for 15 minutes. Place the chicken inside a refractory, and take it to the oven at 180° until they are golden.
- Egg mayonnaise: With the help of a processor and a bowl, beat a whole egg, adding oil in a thread until you get a consistent cream. Once this is done, add the boiled and poorly cut eggs to the mayonnaise, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve the chicken very hot with the egg mayonnaise at room temperature.
