- Potatoes5 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Skimmed milk120 ml
- Salt to taste
- Shredded Chicken300 g
- Light Catupiry Cheese3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella150 g
- Peel and cook the potatoes until very soft. Drain the water and knead while still hot.
- Season with salt and add the butter. Mix well. Add the milk gradually, until you give the consistency you prefer (softer or firmer).
- Season the chicken to taste and add the curd. Mix well.
- Pour the chicken into a serving dish and cover with the puree.
- Cover with mozzarella and bake in the oven until golden.
