- Whole chicken fillet to taste
- Wheat flour to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Butter or coconut oil2 tablespoon
- soy sauce3 tablespoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Brown sugar or honey2 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Make shallow cuts in the fillet forming diamonds. Season with salt and pepper to taste on all sides.
- Heat the butter in the skillet, and place the fillet. Let brown on one side, then turn to brown evenly. Remove the fillet from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more butter and brown the onion and garlic. Add the soy sauce, lemon and brown sugar.
- Stir well and return the fillet to the skillet. Lower the heat and let the sauce finish cooking. Finish with green smell.
