- Dry and season the films with salt and pepper.
- In a pan add oil and then the files, add the butter and let it brown well on one side, after that turn and repeat the process on the other side too.
- Then add 3 tablespoons of water and cover the skillet, turn off as soon as all the water has dried.
- Chop the garlic and place it in a bowl along with the lemon and a little olive oil, adjust the salt and pour over the already cut chicken.
