- Chicken breast fillets200 g
- Grape Italy cut in half100 g
- Olive oil15 ml
- Butter30 g
- Dry white wine40 ml
- Dry White Vermouth40 ml
- UHT sour cream50 ml
- Minced garlic10 g
- Onion with brunoise20 g
- Salt and pepper0 to taste
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, sweat butter, chopped onion and garlic, reduce the white wine and vermouth by half. Add the grape juice and the cream and bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, let the nappe strain and set aside.
- In a separate skillet, brown the chicken fillets in oil and butter and reserve, remove the grape seeds, cut them in half and heat with the sauce when serving.
