- Salt to taste0 to taste
- Sauté the chicken fillet in the butter with onion, a little salt and the chicken broth, until it turns golden brown, set aside.
- Make a white sauce with butter, grated onion, milk and cornstarch, then add the cream and curd.
- Place the chicken in a refractory, throw the white sauce, spread the cheese and take it to au gratin.
- Then just serve with white rice and potato straw.
