- Eggs beaten with salt and zazon2 unit(s)
- Wheat1/2 teaspoon
- Ready-made tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Sliced Mozzarella150 unit(s)
- Ham/ham150 unit(s)
- Zazon1 to taste
- In a bowl season the chicken fillets with black pepper, oregano, salt and zazon.
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes to get the flavor of the seasoning.
- Then pass the fillets in the beaten and seasoned eggs.
- Then pass the wheat.
- Fry the breaded fillets in hot oil over medium heat until golden.
- Place on a plate with paper towels and set aside.
- In a small form spread a layer of tomato sauce.
- Then place the fillets. And add the rest of the tomato sauce.
- Place the hams/hams and the mozzarella on top.
