- Seasoned chicken fillet to taste to taste
- Butter and olive oil to taste
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Shredded mozzarella or cheese of your choice to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Fry the fillets in oil and butter. Reserve.
- In the same skillet that you fried the fillets, sauté the chopped onion, add the lemon juice. Mix.
- Add the cream and mozzarella and mix well until a sauce forms.
- Place the reserved fillets over the sauce and leave on low heat for 4 minutes.
