- Chicken fillet500 g
- Leek2 cup
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- ricotta cream2 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the fillets with salt and black pepper and grill them in olive oil.
- After grilling all of them, remove them from the pan and in the same dirty pan, sauté the leek cut into slices
- As soon as the leek is sauteed, turn off the heat and add the cream and ricotta cream, season everything with salt and black pepper and serve over the chicken.
