- Lemon zest to taste to taste
- Start by seasoning the chicken to taste.
- Fry the chickens in a skillet with butter. Reserve.
- In the same skillet that you fried the chicken, add the cream, lemon juice and salt.
- Stir until smooth and create the consistency of cream.
- Once ready, pour the cream over the fillets and finish with the lemon zest on top.
