Chicken fillet steak300 g
Black Pepper1 tablespoon
Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
Butter2 tablespoon
Mayonnaise Cream3 tablespoon

Season the steaks with garlic and black pepper and set aside.
In a pan add the butter and let it melt.
Add the steaks, cover and let it sauté.
When they start to fry, turn one side after the other then add the mayonnaise cream.
Mix well
